Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Coverage We only ship orders to addresses within the United States. We do not deliver to international territories, PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses. All orders are fulfilled by Amazon MCF FBA warehouses located in the US.

2. Shipping Time & Order Handling Time: 1–2 working days, Transit Time: 2–4 working days, Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM EST.
If the package is lost or damaged during transit, we will immediately arrange for a free replacement or a full refund.

3. Shipping Fees  We offer free standard shipping on all US orders.

4. Order Processing & Inventory Orders will be dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment verification. Inventory depends on the actual stock of Amazon FBA warehouses. We reserve the right to cancel orders if goods are out of stock, and we will notify you via email.

5. Tracking Information After shipment, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email. You can also check delivery status in your FMhotu customer account or Shop App.
